When you lose your card
When you lose your card, the first thing you should do is lock the card to ensure the safety of your account in the following ways:
Option 1: Temporarily lock the card via Techcombank Mobile
- Step 1: Log in to Techcombank Mobile
- Step 2: Select Accounts and Cards on the homepage
- Step 3: Select the Card to lock
- Step 4: Choose "Lock Card" (Locked cards will not be able to make online transactions, pay at any POS and withdraw money at ATMs)
Option 2: Call the Personal Customer Service hotline 1800 588 822 (toll free) and request a card lock
